Reviews
- My first Laufey record, and my goodness what a voice. Sound quality is excellent too. However, I bought two copies and both of them have quite a few pops across multiple sides. These would most likely not be too bothersome on a pop record, but I do find them quite distracting here. The sleeves deserve a special mention though, which feel sturdy and look really classy.
- Finally got around to listening to this and it sounds so good! Very quiet pressing which is perfect for this live album.
- Great pressing, but mine had a scratch on side A, last few seconds on Fragile and continued into the dead wax, oh well, still a lovely sounding LP.
- Edited 2 months agoHere to agree with what others are saying - this record sounds incredible! It's exactly what you'd hope from a Laufey vinyl pressing. I also can't believe how reasonable the price was. Don't hesitate!
- Absolutely gorgeous record -- from elegant, minimalistic packaging (impressed by the cardstock inner sleeves) to the lovely setlist and LA Philharmonic. Glad I was able to find a copy, despite second-guessing myself on RSD and happy that it is a First/will be repressed in case folks weren't able to find a copy.
- Absolutely gorgeous sound, the packaging is minimal but so great. It feels expensive, even though it’s one of the cheapest records i bought (+it’s a 2LP!!)
- Amazing audio. The orchestra made the album even more magical. It’s definitely one of my new favorites <3
- I love her for making these a 45! It sounds amazing. She's one of those artists that is better live than in the studio version. This is her music at it's best!
- I had never listened to Laufey before this and thought I'd try something new. As my first foray into her music, I was blown away by her impeccable songwriting and voice! The record itself is very clear but does have a slight warp buy overall fantastic! I recommend getting this soon before resellers overblow the price for such a large quantity record.
