Not for the timid. Hands down one of my favorite albums of all time.
There is nothing quite as frightening and uneasy as this gem.
Even modern soundtracks to horror movies do not come close.
As hallucinogenic and addictive as the title suggests.

Recorded on analogue reel-to-reel at Electric Lady Studios for maximum audiophile points, the final Naked City record is a meditative ambient dronefest as intoxicating and frightful as the drink it's named for. Listen, and wonder.

Still one of my top 5 favorite albums ever after all tose years. "La Bleue" is some of the lushest music ever recorded, haunting as well as soothing.
