No. 94/3000 was a bit battered from travelling around the bloody globe.. but nevertheless sounds good. The double sided silver printed poster is absolutely stunning.
My copy arrived in good condition and sounded great, though it was a bit too techno for my "home" listening experience. You need to be in the mood, I guess. #3213
My copy came dirty and slightly warped, but after cleaning played without issue and sounds good on my meager setup. So it's disappointing in that a brand new record isn't physically perfect, but what can you expect in this age of money-grabbing mediocrity? It's ultimately worth it to have a pretty great collection of tunes, especially finally getting Never Ever.
Oh and someone can update the information in this listing. It says, "Some Copies are Numbered out of 3000...", but mine is numbered 3811/4000.
Never Ever is on vinyl for the first time and it's an awesome song and a different mix (I think the best mix). Sordid Affair, Oh Lover and The Ladder are such great mixes...totally make it worth purchasing. The mix of The Ladder has an incredible and intense build... truly beautiful. Unfortunately, It is obvious that it was pressed by GZ Media: three of the six sides are warped and / or not centered properly. There was also a lot of dirt on one of the vinyls and some light debris on some of the other sides.
Amazing issue. Bass gets more thumpy track after track. Dont think ive ever played anything so loudly All 3 vinyl were click/pop free and flat. Its good they made the gatefold a bit thicker for the 3rd LP. I did have to swap out my 3916/4000 for 1346/3000 oddly numbered so be aware there are 2 batches.
Wow – what an amazing album and an outstanding pressing! Such a delight is truly rare.
This release impresses not only with its musical quality but also with the exceptional sound of the pressing. Every note comes through clear, warm, and detailed – a real treat for vinyl enthusiasts. In an age of inconsistent production standards, this one stands out as a gem. Highly recommended!
