I think this was Producer's first ever release? I think this would have come out around August 1994, because Producer starts his set at Rezerection Event II with the A side, and Ribbz announces it as being released the week after that rave (which was at the end of July).

The A side is typical Edge techno...starting with some windswept effects and bleeps, it bounces along with some lovely 303s bubbling away, before a simple stab pattern appears midway to add a bit of rave - also nicely differentiating it a bit from the many more analogue-focused tunes in this style.

By contrast the B side shows the harder sound Producer was also playing, mashing up samples from a few older techno records, with a few breakbeats and a nice chunky kickdrum. This was from a run of Edge releases which included tracks on the more hardcore/gabber side of things - something they dropped as techno and gabber moved further away from each other. But it remains a solid tune (and as some early hardcore heads may not think of Edge as a hardcore label, perhaps a little underappreciated!)
