This is early breakbeat / trance release from late 1991, with vintage sound, yet still very nice tracks.
-My favorite out of 4 is B1 ''Slayer'', a very early example of a breakbeat style most known during the early months of 1993, so yes this particular track despite its simplicity,... is full of breakbeat energy. A prototype style for its released time, and the faster tune here.
-''E.D.P.'' is my second favorite track, an amalgamation of ptoto-breakbeat loop and trance synths. I could call it early trance breakbeat.
-''Relax Your Soul'' is a proto-trance 1991 track with bleeps, dark atmospheric pads, and warehouse elements, very similar to what ''Oh'Zone Records'' was doing during 1990-1991.
-''Trancetone'' is exactly what the title says, an atmospheric early trance track with ''Quadrophonia'' samples, and chill vibes.
No oldskool techno or hardcore in this release, but i'm very glad that i bought the excellent repress as soon as it released.

These bleeps, smoke and strobes sums up the magic that was 1991, such an ace time to be on a dance floor!

I rember back in 91 hearing this track being played by Dj Nipper!!! It was such a banging tune back in the day and still is 20 years on!! this is the sort of tune you would have had to heard back in the day to relise how special this track is there was nothing like it. To the modern day dance music lover this would i imagine sound shite, but i can assure you this is one of the finest pieces of production to come out of 1991...and has stood the test of time.. Sublime Bliss sums up this piece of sacred plastic..

Just had the privalige to listen to a copy of this excellent piece of wax.Only knew of Star eye's (Shadow) before listen to the EDP track which i have to say has so much more depth to it.Its a track you can listen to over and over again.Great hoover basslines and techno bleeps.I personally would say the track must have been way ahead of its time when it got first released in 1991.EDP is a first class track.

A very rare piece of wax that was a Top Buzz favourite towards the end of 1991. The main track 'EDP' is named after the UK based synthesiser company 'Electronic Dream Plant' and an 'EDP - Wasp' synthesiser was used to generate the bassline in the track. 'Cosmo & Dibs' reportedly lifted the "look at their eyes, ecstacy" sample directly from this vinyl for their 'Star Eyes' release on 'Moving Shadow'. Essential late '91 hardcore - good luck in finding a copy.
