Repressed in 2011/2012, limited to 500 copies. Slight cosmetic tweaks to differentiate from the first press: Deathconsciousness. These differences include the ELHR logo on the top left of the back of the jacket and the book which is printed with a matte black cover and is slightly smaller than the glossy 1st pressing at 5 3/8” x 8.5"
