Reviews
- Not a big Springsteen fan by any means (IMO his last good album was Born in the USA), but this box set looks really damn cool. If it wasn’t so expensive I would buy it just to look at!
- Edited 2 days agoReally impressed with the box design, the book with inserts that have a handmade feel to it and of course the records themselves. It's just about small enough to fit into a kallax section (1mm more then it would be a no!)
- I'll admit I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this box set being released. No need to worry, it amazingly good! Only Bruce could sit on music this good for decades, all the while putting out great albums as these sat on the shelf. Takes me back to the days of Great Dane and Crystal Cat releases when we heard the amazing outtakes and songs we'd never heard before.
- My copy had the red seal broken. Apparently in Australia we only got 100 vinyl boxes in total so I’m so pleased to snag one.
- The vinyl is pretty noisy across a bunch of the records, between tracks but also on the intros and outros to quieter songs.
- Most of the records play very good. Sadly „Twilight Hours“ LP 1 ist warped and side B contains still many noise after a professionell cleaning.
- Edited 8 days agoSo my copy arrived yesterday, and while all gorgeously presented and pretty great sound, they’ve sent me a two Side C/D records with the ‘83 LA Garage sessions, no side A/B. Massive mistake to make for the price of this set - have reached out to Sony Music, but jesus, not sure how they’re gonna sort this out for me. Interested to know if anyone else out there has had a similar issue with theirs, or am I the unluckiest fan in the world
- Great buy for any Springsteen completionist. Packaging, quality, and content are just great. I wish he would release the full version of Tracks I on vinyl. I would just live on all Tracks vinyl.
- So are we considering that shipping box part of the packaging? Seems custom to this release. Probably worth saving, huh?
