Yo, I love these tracks. Norman Nodge's version bumps.

Finally someone pointed it out on discogs. The most of 2000's dub techno is just a mere copy of what's been done in this genre in late nineties. Some early releases from 00's like Yagya, Exos finally polished the sound and gave it a warm, homelistening edge.
Encouraged by enthusiastic reviews here I still try to follow latest dub-techno releases just to find myself disappointed over and over. It's always the same sound repeated to boredom beyond any decency. I don't really care that some artists boast their music is made with no digital or computerized equipment really. It's the art , emotion, and the "why has nobody done it before" effect that counts in electronic music.
It's nice that some guy in Detroit or some other guy in Germany finally found out how to imitate the Basic Channel / Chain Reaction sound, but now guys, go and do something creative with it instead of boring us to death! Just see that inventors of the genre (von Oswald / Ernestus) keep suprising us with the new stuff all the time, without copying themselves.

This release sounds very uninspired. There is not a sound on this EP that you have not heard many times before or handled better.
