If you ask me, At Night is one of the best (club)house releases of the zeroes!

Agree with all the comments - three great versions of a classic track. I've always had a soft spot for the Kid Creme remix (that bass-line!) but the Mousse T version is also awesome - I remember having great fun mixing into this and people going crazy with the looped and distorted "I think I feel much better". Played loud it was so good.

This is what i'd describe as a damn fine record. It's one of those moments where you really are spolied for choice on which mix to play. All are quality.

Mousse T delivers a very electro influenced, dark workout. Has a great breakdown. Has some tribal sounds which was the sound of the underground in 2001-2002.

Kid Creme excells himself on this mix. The type of stuff Danny Rampling would play on his old LoveGroove Dance Party BBC Radio 1 show. A more straight up funky/filtered house interpretation of the track. The MC vocals are a very nice touch aswell.

The original mix in my mind, still pips it - only just though! A great electro inspired track with some very good vocals and a bassline that is just so damn funky.

For me, this would be inside the top 10 house records of the 2000's for sure. Possibly top 5. Very very good track.

The original of Shakedown's 2001 house hit appears alongside remixes from Mousse T and Kid Creme. The former delivers a low slung stomper, confining the vocal to one breakdown and a loop, while Kid Creme funks it up with one very groovy bassline and a sprinkling of speech from MC Shurakano. Excellent package.
