The music is like Laurie Anderson on mescalin and the producers of early video games on acid (having a nervous breakdown) conducted by The Residents on a warped and weird un-fair-ground to nowhere! Un-Perfect!

Genuinely one of the best soundtracks ever made that is without a doubt totally unlike anything I've ever heard before! Not to mention that the film is also one of the most notable cult-classics of the 80's.

Today's "experimental" electronic producer's take note: it is possible to create a serious work that doesn't take itself too seriously.

This has to be one of, if not the best, cult/art films ever made. The soundtrack alone is amazing, still haven't read the book written by Anne Carlisle yet but will as soon as i can find a copy worth buying.
