I can't believe that O Chosen didn't got banned like they did with another track years before Apotheosis : O Fortuna , because they used sample from "Carl Orff : Carmina Burana" very strange and surprising that Chosen Few was allowed to use samples from it and not Apotheosis .

According to Chosen Few, when he and DJ Pila were producing the B1 track, they used so many Breakbeats that they just decided to call the track, The Break.

This record is the follow up to possibly the greatest Hardcore track ever, Name Of The DJ, which must have been slightly daunting for Chosen Few. With this in mind, the fact he put together four excellent tracks on this record is impressive. So impressive that I paid $100 for it! If I had to choose, Chosen Paradise would be my favourite, the rapid filtered kickdrums and the sampling of Coolio - Gangsta's Paradise still sound amazing even after 20 years. There are some people who will tell you Mokum 56 is the best Mokum record, and they're probably right!

Cannot believe there isn't a single comment on this EP. All four tracks very decent, two particular stand outs in Kold Dayz & Chosen Paradise, if only as they got the most play from the UK jocks. Clarkee in particular hammered Chosen Paradise. Essential purchase!
