I found this promo 2x12" on a visit to Bleecker Bob's [NYC] in July 2000, on a rare trip home. It was $6.99. One Dove CDs and 12"s were hard to find in the States from '92-'94, let alone used promos in 2000. I bought this and the US promo 12" for 'Breakdown' (which may have been $3.99) and called it a great day.

Scott Hardkiss mailed this and a copy of Raincry to my house in Calgary Alberta (at the time) only because i called the number on my favourite record and asked where i could fin more music like this. What a guy. I got a second copy later that year from Mark Lewis of LA, because he like the SLAM mix better (lol). The sample of the baby cooing might be the most perfect thing ever. This record is untouchable. Only 500 pressed. RIP Scott.
Yep, White Love (Psychic Masturbation) is a little slice of heaven.
The Hardkiss mix is pure gold... absolutely perfect, blissed out progressive house that always makes you feel warm and fuzzy. I never heard this played in a club back then, but I would give my left testicle to borrow a time machine and plant myself on a dancefloor in 1993 with this pumping out of the speakers, covered in sweat and consumed by MDMA... perfection.

This EP is indeed very limited and the only release to ever have Scott Hardkiss' Psychic Masturbation mix pressed to vinyl (although there have been one or two illegal bootlegs). The mix is one of Scott's best so it's bizarre how they opted not to put this on the official release. In any case it's beautiful stuff and well worth hunting down. Beware however of sellers on ebay selling the offical release as the one with the "Hardkiss remix" - the Higherwatha Mix by Jon Williams is credited in small print as appearing "courtesy of Hardkiss Music" due to his involvement with them at the time.
