Reviews
- This, their first album, is like a cross between the Stone Roses and Happy Mondays and is every bit as good as that sounds it should be. Really great pressing too, my copy plays super quietly and those funky bass lines are fat and full. Grab a copy if you can before the price gets crazy.
- Without question up there with anything Stone Roses/Mondays ever did, massive part of the great indie dance scene back in 1990, thankfully still cheap as chips
- When will this album be re-discovered and appreciated? It's in dollar bins if you can find it at all. This is truly one of my -most listened to- releases of the 1990's. It has aged incredibly well - Fishes Eyes was the closest thing to a hit, but Part 4, Big, Working for Him, Amplifier and you were lying when you said you loved me are such great songs...
