    Was playing this at the T Room on Melrose in the early 90's. Heard a voice say "Chic, they are the Led Zeppelin of disco!" Looked up, and it was David Lee Roth. I said "Yes, I guess you could say that." He then told me he was meeting Nile Rodgers in a ltlle bit, and then requested "Car Wash"!
    Nile did indeed show up a little while later!
    The next day I realized that Eddie Van Halen is sampled on the flip. Made me wonder....did DLR & NR make this record???? LOL.

      When i first heard this on a Carl Cox at angels tape in 1994 i was hooked on oldschool house. Bom Bom.

        Everyone used to go absolutely mental when this came on. The anticipation when the first "bom bom" came in the mix. Massive rush tune.
