The label and catalogue number don't appear on the release. The sleeve is made of 2 pieces of hand-painted (spray & stencil) hardboard wood, stuck together with rectangular pieces of velcro in each corner. Soft transparent plastic pockets containing the discs are glued on the inner side of each panel. One of these pockets also contains a small inlay with the tracklisting.
The vinyl-look CDrs contain replicated grooves around a center label on top as to imitate the look of vinyl records, and have a black data surface underside.
This entry stands for the original release, which was limited to 65 green & purple copies.
10 metallic on white copies were made exclusively for the artists/remixers and never sold to the public.
On June 16th 2012, 15 <a href=http://www.discogs.com/Fifth-Era-NGST-Beyond-The-Realms-Of-Doom-II/release/3757235>"reject repress" copies</a> were made. These were made from the rejected sleeves from the first run.
These copies are marked on the cd with "RR" and have round instead of rectangular velcro used.
The paintjob on these sleeves is sloppier, some inlays are striped due to the printer running out of ink, and the CD-marker was running out of ink every now & then as well.
Track 1-2 is listed as "Power Of Fear - H8 (Fifth Era Remix)".
Track 2-4 is listed on the inlay as a remix of FE# 11 B1 but is actually a remix of FE# 17 B2.
