"Pressed By", "Lacquer Cut At" and "Lacquer Cut By" credits were derived from the runout etchings.
Runouts are etched except for "MASTERING BY FRANKFORD/WAYNE" is stamped and Hauppauge Record Manufacturing Ltd. triangle "ᐉ" is scratched out.
