Pressed into 165 grams of virgin dye-blackened vinyl. Rotates at 200 degrees/second.
Shellac record number four.
This uni-pak style album jacket was printed at Fireproof Press, Chicago.
Cardboard inner sleeve with a drawing by J. Dale printed on one - and a "resuscitation from apparent death by electric shock." on the other side. This piece of the package made and printed in England by the proud subjects of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. (printed on inner sleeve).
Runouts are etched, except for "TG 141 #-01-01-1" and "D" which are stamped.

Rock doesn’t get better than this, unless one includes “1000 Hurts,” “Excellent Italian Greyhound,” or “Dude Incredible.”
Every time someone dies, first press increase in price, and here too, someone wants to sell reprints at an inflated price.
Edited 5 months agoI have a pressing that isn’t listed. It looks exactly like this one, Made in England on one label and label code on the other, ”pressed into 165 grams of virgin dye-blackened vinyl” printed inside the sleeve. However, the record is 180 grams and the matrix numbers are A-01-01-2 / B-01-01-2 (otherwise exactly the same as this entry).
A guess would be that this is a second pressing that came before the 2002 reissue, as neither the labels nor the ”pressed on 165 grams” text has been changed, but I don’t know?
How do you tell apart this 1st pressing from any other larer reissue? Anyone knows? Please share...thank you!- The sound of this record is absolutely insane, raw, powerful, focused. Great press
no mention of this in the documentary "class action park" . would have been a cool thing for the film ...you gotta figure it would have come up on a google search at some point while researching action park...?
Does anyone else's cover not have the white colouring on the "Shellac" lettering?
