Found a copy today, in a store in Zeeland, Netherlands (a Christian area haha). Sounds great, fuller than my cd ever has
Suggest retail price - ₤5.99... I miss those good old days- Anyone have an extra inner sleeve that they could part with?
- How much more value is there if the band has signed the inner sleeve. It's the lineup that recorded it.

- Was Lord of all Fevers and Plague not included originally on the album? The tracklisting seems to change depending on the releases. Weird, definitely one of the best tracks on the album.
