Slipmatt's remix here is one of his best, IMO. I think it probably works because Slipmatt's remixes tend to be a more streamlined, dancefloor focused version of the original track - whereas TCM's original is (like many of their tracks), full of different elements and riffs. So the remix is as efficient as you'd expect, but without being too simple, as all those parts are still there - and it manages to be both faithful, but also quite different to, the original.
Rest of the EP is great too - full of ideas, and a little left-of-centre from most other hardcore of the time. I particularly like "Out There.... ..Is There Anybody?" which has a lot of synth elements that are almost hard trance...reminding me a little bit of New Decade's tunes on Out of Romford.
