Edited one year agoon a Unity FM 88.4 show in Aug 1993, DJ Big Byte claims this was engineered by "A Sides". If you listen to the piano chords, it does sound like a track A Sides would have had a hand in, similar to early Sunshine Productions stuff, reminds me of 'Just a Melody'. So if this is true, maybe A-Sides created the piano part (???). Either way, excellent and well known early Happy anthem :D
I have 2 copies of this, one is white labels both sides.... and the cleanest copy has a pink label on one side.
Looking Into The Light blends 1992 into 1993 Breakbeat Hardcore. This tune avoids the darker hues of 1993 and furthers the bright optimism of the previous year via high pitched vocals and and beautiful piano melody. Bought doubles of this so that I could extend the piano break. One of my favorites!
