Please message me if you can help with an insert. I’m willing to pay good money for an original. I would even pay a little for a high quality scan emailed to me.

I was wondering why the B/W 1982 FLP 1007 US from Frontier is not listed. I have the Gold and B/W, they are both 1982 pressings, pretty much identical except color. Do things only get listed if they are sold? What a great album! I was fortunate to see them rehearse in OC in 89, before their gig at the Hollywood live. Those were the days!

Most of the l’invitation-Au-Suicide records I have are not good pressings. The future records edition of this is the superior one.

I have this copy in the black and white sleeve,no barcode,no lyric sheet but came with a pink catalog order form inside. This does have the'Here Kitty Kitty Kitty!' etched on inner runoff.I know its an original copy as it was signed by Rozz in 1993.I had owned the record for several years prior to 1993 when Frontier decided to re release on vinyl.Maybe the black/white sleeves didnt come with lyric sheets...

So I just got a copy of this title on CD, Cd notes Frontier, 1982, Black cover with gold lettering. 16 tracks are listed on media and CD itself but only 10 tracks appear to be on the disc. It looks like it was supposed to include the Deathwish EP but that its not actually what happened. UPC is hole punched. Did Frontier have a production problem and is this a rare version?

Like all things California it takes itself way too seriously, referencing Living Theatre, Artaud and the almost obligatory Satanism, but this stuff rocks and still sounds punky and fresh after more than 30 years. And Ross is of course THE Christian Death singer of choice.

Best Gothic album ever. And with First and Last and Always as competition that's saying something.

anyone know how many were pressed with gold lettering and how many with white?

I have the original gold sleeve US version with the b/w lyric sheet plus another lyric sheet that has not been cut down to size and is printed upside down on the back.

Is there a way to tell the ORIGINAL black and white cover version from the 1993 reissue? They seem identical. Mine came with a yellow Frontier Records catalogue (flyer).
