My copy came with an A4 Rough Trade press release that states the LP is scheduled for release on March 7th 1980, and knowing Rough Trade at the time i'd be surprized if it appeared before rather than later then scheduled so not entirely convinced by the Record Collector quoted Feb 1980 release date.

There is a booklet by YMG called "Words & Pictures". Did that come with some copies of the LP or was that sold via other channels?

Excellent music from the Welsh outfit. In addition to this excellent vinyl addition, I also have a CD (Japan) of their out-takes, so to speak. Both are excellent and were considered groundbreaking in the 1980's.

What an awesome album! It doesn't really sound like anything else. I love to listen to this LP very late at night when I'm only half awake. It sounds almost otherworldly then. That being said, It sounds great whenever you play it.

One of the most distinctive music of this Era you will ever come across.
Outstanding and as unique as it gets.

One of the best 3 albums of 1980.
              And still great today.

Mine has cat # ROUGH L8. Is that this release or is it ROUGH 8L? Or is it a different version of the release?
