Jesus Christ these vinyl prices nowadays! When I bought my VG+ copy for about 15€ ten years ago I was still feeling being ripped off. Not anymore. German Thrash Classic forever together with early material of the Destruction, Sodom, Iron Angel, Poison, Living Death & Exumer. Not for wimps!

on my set the sound is not that bad, typical analog things, 3.5 out of 5. and this one is better than sodom 1stEP SNB and destruction 2nd ''Digital'' Mastering SNB

Is just me or i believe this pressing is bad? I heard in the whole album distortions and big noises. The 1991 CD and the remasters CDs of 2000 and 2017 they sound much better with clear sound and more separate instruments. I see in the "Matrix Runout" that they did "Digital Mastering" and perhaps that mess this album version. If anyone has the same problem with me, leave a comment. I have this vinyl in NM condition

My copy carries an orange sticker at the top right corner of the front cover, declaring in black type "Not for sale in Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Licenced for Export only."

There is an explanation about the different lasting of the Intro (Choir of the Damned) - Shorter in the original pressing and longer in the 90's reissues?

Does anyone have an outer sleeve and insert for this pressing? Mine has a fucked up sleeve and the insert comes from this for some reason https://www.discogs.com/Various-Hell-Comes-To-Your-House/master/69262.

"Paved the way for death metal" sounds so patronizing. I think this album massacrates MOST of the death metal bands out there & you can be Cannibal Corpse or Suffocation, or whoever...death metal bands can NEVER reach guitars as on this album. PTK is hence the finest example of showing that "thrash" is actually NOT necessarily inferior (or any less-extreme) style to death metal, but just a different approach towards total destruction.

                  Hi there!
Would it be possible to get from someone here a two sided full-size scan from this release inner sleeve? I bought a copy but it came without it. Would be nice to add it to the record. Many thanks in advance!

Easily one of the very best Thrash metal releases of all time. Dark, brutal and heavy this helped pave the way for Death metal and the other extreme Metal bands to come. A true timeless classic
