Some don’t like Robin Cocteau Twin Guthrie’s production on this, however I like the sound. It’s quite trebly but to me evokes the silver and golden colours of autumn, particularly on primitive painters where the music swells to a glorious wave of sound. Some of the instrumentals are lovely. Beautiful.- This is almost as good as Durutti Column (and I'm a Durutti Column fan)!
