LP features the 1982 recording and 1st vinyl appearance of "John Bongiovi" before forming the group "Bon Jovi". This debut track "Runaway" is a different mix-down and recording created before they signed with Mercury records.

I have this record and I hear NO difference between this version and the one on the debut LP. Same vocal effects, same average runtime... If their is a difference, it sure isn't worth the hype! :)- Edited 6 years ago"Runaway" was recorded as demo in 1981 and re-recorded with The All Star Review in 1982.
The 1982 version was used for Bon Jovi′s first album and this record.
Of course, Snake wasn't here!
