Reviews
- My Barnes and Noble Third Man pressing (Orange cover) sounds fantastic, I think it's still available there, maybe you have some gift cards lying around? Nice and loud, maybe the tight hole helps. Recorded in the Coletrane house - whoa!
- Hi
Can anyone help !! I'm trying to date my copy of this classic but I'm slightly stumped. Side B of my pressing has the Impulse and abc logos in separate boxes with the double r reg marks but the label on side A has the Impulse and abc logos in the rainbow box joined together like stated for the later pressing. The runout matrix is AS-9196-A and AS-9196-B followed by an almost invisible LW.
Everything else points to the third version of the first pressing listed above, can anyone help place this pressing ?
Thanks Mark
