Reviews
- Jim Corcoran recorded a handful of superb albums with Bertrand Gosselin, as the duo Jim & Bertrand (one of the highlights of the Quebec 70's flower-power scene, along with groups like Beau Dommage, Les Seguin and Harmonium). Following the duo's split in 1979, they went their separate ways, with Corcoran recording three albums in the 80's ("Tetu", "Plaisirs" and "Miss Kalabash".....and a final vinyl-era self-titled release in 1990).
The excellent "Miss Kalabash" was recorded in Memphis Tennessee with Carl Marsh (keyboards, synths), Nikos Lyras (electric guitars), Bob Wray (bass), Wayne Perkins (solo electric guitar), Tubbs Modicum (drums, percussion) and the great Memphis Horns
