So there is definitely a Birthday Party only cd release with an expanded track listing, not currently listed here. I have it downloaded and it is listed on Nick Cave's website. The thing I have includes the cover of Loose plus a bunch of random studio recordings. The cover art even reads Drunk on the Pope's Blood + Rare Studio Recordings. It is listed as a cd with that tracklisting. Finding so little evidence of its physical existence however.

The [back] cover of the album spells it "ecstacy" (sic), but the label on the Lydia Lunch side of the record spells it "ecstasy".

On my copy , the LL side , looks like track 2 (?) it has a strange looking dash dash pattern within the normal looking tracks grooves ?

Any way to get "The Agony Is The Ecstacy" alone? Preferably on CD.

There's also a "Unofficial Release" of this record on "Tuff Monk Records"

Excellent 12", the live tracks (in my opinion) are superior to the studio versions (especially Sometimes Pleasure Heads which is superb). The version of 'Loose' is also excellent showing the band in all their stomping blazing chaotic glory (plus its not on the live 81-82 CD)
