"94 Freetown pressing that I have does not sound great, especially the instrumental. Anyone else have this issue? Love this tune, might have to buy again if it's just my copy

Someone can say a word on the sound quality of the 2017 repress?

A classic track for sure.. The only beef with the original mix is that it fades out hard and abruptly. Totally unacceptable for a soulful and beautiful track like this one.

The title says it all really. I'm probably living in the realms of fantasy but I like to think that if this were played loud in any warzone in the world it might just make people stop and listen and then hoprfully just stop.

A heartbreaking piano underpinned by one of Kerri's trademark phat b-lines. Then there's Arnold Jarvis impassioned vocals -- the man virtually sound like he's crying whilst singing this! He's the real deal, having a pedigree in Gospel Choirs prior to this. All these elements are surely enough to soften the stoniest of hearts.

An all time classic without any doubt -- Legendary!
