A-Sides Remix is the choice for me here...very nice tough rollin chopped Amen/Stepper production (as is typical of his style) however with it he presents a slightly more stripped-back version of the tune (but at the same time sounding more complex due to the beats punch & his layering), but he gives the original a far darker Formation/Reinforced Recs 94-sounding 'techy' edge & certainly a tune you normally wouldnt associate with this label's typical more Jungle-edged rollers...very sure SS/Grooverider/Doc Scott used to drop this at the time, wicked tunage to drop into a classics set & (imo) one of the better releases on this label. An easy example of the typical label style is found on Aphrodite's Remix on the flip side - where although he throws in his classic typical big snare-roll beats & light synths/vocal stabs over quality production, it just doesn't really stand out from a number of his (or many similar type tunes) & often ended up as one of those 'set filler' tracks used (to be fair still nicely) to pad out a set...certainly not the one to define it, or be the tune ya went up to trainspot, yet was often the track ppl have chased since & was repressed.
