    Yep, this is a classic. Roll back to a much younger me's introduction to house music and wondering why can't all music give you this feeling? Some scrutineers may look at this and think it very basic by today's production values, and who am I to tell them differently? But some music gives you more than sound, groove and uplifting/melancholic moods. Some music envokes memories, and this is just an example of many for me.

        Those classic chords were lifted from Nitro Deluxe's "This Brutal House". There is a clean stab of the synth right at the very end of the track. I absolutely love this sound and what they did with it. People talk about creative sampling and this is one of the finest examples of it you will hear. Here's a video that demonstrates it - well worth a watch and only short:
