Notes
Appears to have been originally manufactured as a blank white label on both sides in plain white sleeve. Then when distributed by Clive Hunt through channels including Wackies in NYC, covers were added and label info was applied by ink stamp or paper overlays resulting in various appearances. See photos for examples. This release collects all appearances with the matrix number “MFLP-1001”.
