Reviews
- Even without Duane Allman, the Brothers still retain their core sound while giving much of the direction over to Dickey Betts. Fortunately, this was a big success; with Betts' strongest songwriting moments to ever appear in his AB tenure. "Jessica" and "Pony Boy" are great tracks (with Pony Boy being one of my favourite songs ever when I was first getting into record collecting). "Ramblin' Man" is a staple of the country blues genre. Amazing playing throughout. Great production.
This first issue Canadian pressing is clean, without a lot of extra colour but no significant issues to note.
