It's crazy, 1000 limited edition copies? This is not a limited edition, apart from 10,000 more copies in different colors.

A limited edition is 500 or less.

Some versions of the Jam & Spoon mix (e.g. React 1997 versions) seemed to have been pitched up from 130 to 133bpm, and are 6-8 seconds shorter. Are the recent remastered versions like this?

I know newbees who like the remix very much. They didn't know the original or even the Stella remix. It is very nice to see both classics on this remix (I can keep the originals at home). I still think the Stella is stellar, however both the original and Charlottes remix are worthy. Also nice to flood the market with reissues, then both we the consumers and the artist get what they want, leaving the speculators out.

Here's why music is the great healer. Something that let us forget the World outside and I believe a bit of healthy escapism is awfully needed these days.

Exactly 30 years ago Bruno Sancho and Giuseppe Chierchia created one of the biggest classics of the era 'The Age Of Love'. To some, quite possibly one of the best tracks ever.

I remember first hearing this on a local station, shortly after its release and obviously the track left quite the impression on me (how could it not?). It wasn't New Beat or Acid, nor was it Detroit Techno but a weird hybrid of various styles that would later be known as Trance.

Anyway, Bruno and Guiseppe teamed up with dancer Valérie Honoré to record the infamous chorus
"C'mon Dance With Me Move Your Body, Your Life's A Beat"

Valérie Honoré's calm but carefree voice suited the mood of the track perfectly and the rest is history.

Happy 30th Anniversary 'The Age Of Love'! <3

Some additional info: The male voice is sampled from MTS & RTT 1989 release 'Native House'.

This is one of those tunes that is so good and so important that most people can remember where they were and what they were doing the first time they heard it.i was in my first year of secondary school and I went back to school on the Monday trying to explain this tune and nobody gave a shit haha!
To be fair, most of them still wouldn't give a shit, but for me it was a moment when I was able to say to myself 'my life will never be the same' and I was right.it was almost like that 'first hit' that you spend the rest of your life trying to recreate.some things will come close but none will quite measure up.

One of the fist Electronic Tracks I ever heard at a "Rave" / Club. At the time it was an epic experience and I learned that life is indeed a beat, and I moved my body all night long...

Did you know that Former Dutch supermodel Karen Mulder provided the voice for the repeated vocal "Come on.. Dance with me, Move your Body you're life's a beat" back in 1990.

Completely mad of this sound. The music video was very nice, too. A great artist, for great listeners. A must have!

trance avant la lettre a true classic even the remix done by Jam&Spoon is amazing still a floorkiller on the dancefloors but for me it is still the boing mix that gives me goosebumps.Even in the radio version there is a guy rapping on the song.
