- 11 Years old and still sounds as fresh as from the 1st time I heard these choons, specially B-side. Do yourself & your soul a favor and get this.
- This record is a very underated production by all listed artists, and is still a massive tune in the Dj'ing community even if it didn't get as much support as it should have done.
The production quality is vastly superior to many releases that see the light of day, and as far as I am concerned it should be purchased by any DJ that loves DNB.
Both sides have somthing to offer be it a tough edge for the head nod crew, a dirty synth for the dark side rollers, or vocal stabs for the liquid lovers.
'Immaculate' raises the hairs on the back of my neck every time I hear it, and there are not many tunes that do that to me these days!!!
Big ups
DESTROY (WORCESTER,UK) - Edited 16 years ago" Twilight " is wicked ! Definitely one of the best D&B tunes of the year. It's sexy, sensual Drum & Bass -- one for all the Lovers! This from D-Bridge, the man from those infamous supersonic-terrorists -- Bad Company !
Kind of reminiscent of early Bukem/Good Looking releases, it's got a big gorgeous melody combined with a sweet sweet female vocal. Underneath is the perfect, deep, spine-tingling bassline. The beats are minimal and really just keep the whole thing rolling along very nicely. It sounds better after a few listens because there are subtleties in the the excellent production
" Immaculate " on the flip is also great. It's also deep and emotional but in more of a sad way - " feeling so low... " :(
You could call " Twilight " a " Last Dance " tune as it's bound to please the ladies and make everyone feel loved-up :) TUNE !
