- Edited 19 years agoThe Original mix is a totally captivating intense vocal track :) Altough Im not too sure what the lyrics are all about, it's got a decent tune and the song builds up nicely with clever use of stopping and starting. It would make a great start to a set, whether you play progressive or trance.
I just don't get the Bedrock Dub - it sounds far too random in comparison, and is difficult to enjoy like the Original. - Edited 20 years agoNice tunes on this, another gem from the good folks at Bedrock . The original mix of "Walking on Fire" has a dark, hypnotic bassline and beautiful, quiet vocals by Jayn Hanna, almost whispered. Gradually, subtly and tastefully adds different layers of sounds as the music unfolds.
The B-side Bedrock remix is a more energized, wild sounding track, equally hypnotic.
