The 'Trout Mask Replica' of the eighties.
Also love the obvious reference to Kraftwerk's Autobahn back sleeve.

is there any way to tell an original press from a reissue if it's sealed? i have an early sealed pressing, but am struggling to determine if it's a true first press.....any help?

Their absolute masterpiece! I was only 8 in the summer of 1984, so I was too young to actually feel SST's high flying summer, but I discovered it ten years after. And is still one of my favourite punkrock albums.

Perhaps their most well-known song is titled "History Lesson - Part II" on the LP label and CD cover, "History Lesson (Part II)" on the rear LP cover, and "History Lesson - Part Two" on the live Ballot Result LP. (sigh)

This was released in July 1984, not October. The magic SST summer of this, Zen Arcade and Meat Puppets II.
