Regarding artwork, a similar 'concept' was used for the cover of this movie in 2005: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0435625/ . Either film producers knew this record or similar art has been used elsewhere other times.

It’s all about the submerged mix for me. Only just come across it. Obvs know the orig/ northern exposure etc… Scott Hardkiss - what a producer! Love the sound of all his stuff. That west coast vibe, it’s amazing. Cheers Scott - I have a nice TP of acid funk. Love it 😊

RIP Scott. Was so sad to hear that you had passed so young. I knew you in San Francisco in the early 90's, but I really never did know you. This song gives me a little more understanding of your essence. Beautiful song.

Although I can identify this as an anthem, this style of electronic music was not my 'cup of tea'. However, I kept this solely based on the cover. This has got to be one of the best covers ever!
