This 12" has some chanting voices which just by default labels it a tribal house record. Of course if your aware of Mr Cenacs other releases you'll know that it runs much deeper than that. My pick here is B2, the minimal but insistent rhythm and bassline locks you into a trancey groove which is then elevated by the most simple but effective repetitive "alarm" sounding noise firing off - i find it difficult to describe that noise although im certain it will have evovled from some analogue source. A true acid house/deep house/warehouse rave gem. I let go of my copy of the LP on gertie however this ones a keeper.
