Reviews
- The comment below is nonsense: this pressing is absolutely awesome. Dead silent, dynamic, flat, sounds waaaaaaay better than the digital and cd versions: Optimal doesn’t fail, at least for years now.
And it fits perfectly with the music: every distorted weird sound comes from the music and not from surface noise or whatever.
And the music is great: Reznor getting closer to trip hop. - Edited 12 years agoMan, i am so disappointed with the sound on this vinyl! Expensive and low quality. I think they give you a free CD so you can really listen to the album, i don´t know why it lacks so much depth and has so much bass, it´s horrible to listen to. Don´t get me wrong, i love the album (minus How Long, cause it´s HORRIBLE) but i paid extra cash for a vinyl version, and it sucks to say the least. I thought that being a Columbia Records release it would have some great quality. Wrong. Of all the vinyls i got this week, this is the only one that seems to have been printed with the a ss. The illegal download you can get from the internet sounds miles better than this sh it. Apart from that, the inserts were badly handled and opening from factory seal, they came in bad shape, as if some idiot who don´t care just put them there while talking on the phone or something.
- Edited 12 years ago...i think Mr. Renzor needs a drummer here, a real drummer & some guitars...nice compositions, nice vocals but some songs have not to be so 'POP'....'how long' sounds like Madonna....
