I always had saved the track twelve miles high in my collection but recently got my hands on a copy of the CD and have gotten really into the whole thing. This is fast becoming a classic, great textures and mood they got this one right. I'd like to hear it remastered on vinyl but I'm not complaining about the sound of the original matador CD.

Do we know why it is called "[Las Vegas]" ?
I like to imagine it is a response to Cocteau Twins' "Heaven or Las Vegas".
      Any idea?

I'm going to join the ensemble of people here begging for a reissue. Great album

Magnificent album, sublime textures and sonic landscapes and this EMI Electrola first press is beautiful. But this needs a reissue either on vinyl or CD, or both. Prices are getting really exaggerated and brutal.

Same question, any potential reissue? (At least 10 more words must be entered)

I'm beginning to see this release as a timeless classic , reminding me of other timeless cd's which never get old (Eno plateaux of mirrors, or Jobim's Wave)
