One of the best crossover new age/world music cds from the mid 1980s. This is where the gamut of analog/digital and sampling keyboards converge the crystal crossroads and meet acoustic flutes and Indian sarods. Beautiful stuff at times dreamy and atmospheric mood music then deeper into the album/cd more ethno down-tempo. This is extremely well composed music with definitive melodies and a perfect balance of electronics and acoustic instrumentation.

I worked with Dave/David Thomas the piano/keyboard player who worked on almost all the early Aura records back in the late 1980s. I had no idea he REALLY was the guy who worked on this album. He was good friends with William and at the time I knew him he had relocated to S FL.. Nice guy and glad to have met someone who at the time mid-late 1980s was part of the then rising new age music business a definite alternative to anything that was on the radio in the 1980s. Highly recommend this release if you like you synths served warm with a slice of eastern instrumentation. Good laid back new age/instrumental music that doesn't come off the stale Yanni/Lanz musical serving platter!
