Reviews
- Not a single bad track. Fond memories
As a young kid X was introduced to me through ‘Channel X’ A faux radio station present on GTA V (2013) The track ‘Los Angeles’ is on heavy rotation on said station. My ear started picking it up, I had Discovered X and La. The whole Lp is excellent the quality is to be expected of a 70s record and is the epitome of LA 70s punk. Lyrics are poignant and strong in places in all the right ways. - Does anyone know the story behind the semicolon which replaced the comma in the track 𝑇𝘩𝑒 𝑊𝘰𝑟𝘭𝑑'𝑠 𝑎 𝑀𝘦𝑠𝘴, 𝐼𝘵'𝘴 𝘐𝑛 𝑀𝘺 𝘒𝑖𝘴𝑠? So becoming 𝑇𝘩𝑒 𝑊𝘰𝑟𝘭𝑑'𝑠 𝑎 𝑀𝘦𝑠𝘴; 𝐼𝘵'𝘴 𝘐𝑛 𝑀𝘺 𝘒𝑖𝘴𝑠 - to me a brilliant edit, deepening the meanings bound to the the clip, the LP's final track
- Great LA Punk Classic...From start to finish, I dare you to find a bad track. Just as the style of punk was starting to change to fast for fast sake, this was like a marker for the end of the 70's era of punk.
- Classic album from a classic band. Billy Zoom's guitar is right in front. I prefer the CD although i have the LP.
- Gosh - listening to this album brings me back. Love this album. Very solid. Not as good as Under the Big Black Sun. But still great.
- So this has a fold-over jacket?!... and what does "with artwork printed directly on the cover" mean?... (where is the artwork printed otherwise?); please clear me up!
- I think I have an Orange and white front cover instead of a Black and white Cover. What can you tell me about that Variation? US album on Slash Records
