- Edited 13 hours agoIt's hard to manage to do a full album without one or two weaker titles or without boring repetitions. Those men did it. Flawless, energetic, melodic, flowing trance, yet varied in style and sounds. A must have. It's a compilation in fact, but to me looks like an album, and I didn't see the track Analog education elswhere on their eps, though it's one of the highlight of this cd...
- Edited one year agoEchoing fabriknos here - this is something that should have been released on Harthouse/Eye Q. If this had happened probably would be different story and this album/artist would have been more famous and maybe even a classic. Right now this is a hidden gem so grab it while it sells cheap.
I'm filing it near my little Harthouse/Eye Q releases. - The one thing Aquaplant suffers from is that it is almost completely unknown to most trance fans. I always knew Aqualite as a "compilation artist," and never got around to hearing this full-length till recently. I have to say I'm impressed. This album should have been on Eye Q Records, certainly not Hypnotic. A fast paced, polished, melodic sound is in full force here and would fit perfectly alongside material by Arpeggiators, Resistance D, Brainchild, etc. While I couldn't exactly call any track on here a classic, the entire album is very solid, and I would be happy to use just about any of them in an oldschool trance set. If you like the Eye Q sound, track this one down!
