First pressing (this) : black & white "live shot" foldover PS.

Track B is titled "Give Me A Little Pain" on the sleeve and "Gimme A Little Pain" on the label.

The runout etchings and labels indicate "Nothing Means Nothing Anymore" is side "AA" and "Gimme A Little Pain" is side "A".
Pic sleeve is a 14" sheet folded in half.

    Black Randy insisted on using this unbelievably crappy artwork by "Faye Hauser", as he was shtupping her at the time. Absolutely impossible to reproduce with so help me God painting with Liquid Paper and cm1/4" ruby art tape.

    I wonder how many similarly godawful record covers were created by talentless objects of such minimal desirability. They're all right here on Discogs for your sad consideration. Here's a prime example.
