like a daydream – it's possibly the bands most furious, most positive, most exhilarating song. ride's sound cannot be clearly defined by just one song, but this one really has many (if not all) elements that make them stand out as a band... the themes of cleverness/impulsiveness, melancholy/euphoria, noise/harmony, they are all there. definitely up there with the best of that era. legends
