- As a KLF purist,I usually can't see past the original mixes however these series of cds never disappoint and this one has a new spin on the old classics we all know and love. The cd has been produced to a very high standard and if you can't get one on discogs, you can usually source one from ebay.
- Every so often a project comes together, which probably shouldn't, where the final result justifies the means. 'Minus-Four' is a true example of this.
Huge respect goes out to the artists who were invited to take part in this project, and whom delivered worthy mixes, that do justice to the classic original tracks and which hopefully give those tracks another lease of life for fans who weren't around to witness them the first time... - Edited 9 years agoThe Salz remix of What Time Is Love is probably the best remix someone has ever done of a KLF track. It's 303 madness over a dub techno beat reminiscent of M5. A classic has been updated for 2013 and yet is true to the original, adding samples from 3AM Eternal ("This is Radio Freedom") and Last Train To Trancentral ("C'mon on Boy do you wanna ride?"). The Agent Cooper remix of Build A Fire takes a loop of the original and creates a new atmosphere with it. It's also a favourite, but once again the whole set is a winner. Tracks 5 and 6 are more than welcome re-edits of rare tracks in the style of the "positive" catalogue numbers in the series.
