Reviews
- Edited 6 years agoThat is the name of the band folks... HoobUstank! Get over it, I did... Biff Tannen himself declares on the opening track to this 10 song masterpiece! This album came out at the beginning of 1998 when Hoobastank still spelled their band name with a "U". EXTREMELY hard to find, this album only released around 1,000 copies and it was long before they became famous for the hits from 2001's, "Crawling In The Dark, Running Away & Remember Me" and 2003's "The Reason". This album featured a freaking saxophone player and had a more funk/ska vibe to it then later offerings. This was the band at it's pinnacle and because of such a small release, it is extremely valuable! Even scratched copies can fetch $50.00 and up with more pristine copies reaching hundreds of dollars. When you see this album, get it! It is seriously one of the best 90's albums you've never heard! My favorite tracks have always been, "Stuck Without A Voice & Can I Buy You A Drink". Good luck finding a copy! Even if $149.99 for a physical copy is too much for your bank, check it out on Youtube! You won't be sorry I swear!
