- I have no idea when UK Garage was first procured. 90s probably, the precursors? No idea, James Brown?
Anyhow I do know that El-B went thoroughly against the common flow. Thusly making all his records sound completely different from the current music of the time. Digital is one example, with Juiceman backing some proper vocals to the swinging breaks everything is just falling into the right places even though it is totally different from anything.
