This is one of the best Duran Duran albums ever done, hands down. Overtime, I got to notice that one of the biggest problems with this record is excessive use of the same drum machine in most of the tracks. You can notice right away that "Too Much Information", "Ordinary World", "UMF", "Shelter", "To Whom It May Concern" and "The Sin Of The City" were recorded using the same electronic kit (think of a CASIO keyboard workstation with those artificial and weird tunes) -- this was really a production and band's oversight on this record, because the tracks I just mentioned are the key tracks for the record. Particularly, "The Sin Of The City", the last track here, is the best written song in this album. But one can get enough of the drum machine they used throughout the entire album.

Why this has not been reissued is mind-boggling to the point of incredible.

A very catchy, but often very mystically sounding album in an unprecedented way, compared to Duran Duran's previously released albums. Although this album lacks a kind of danceable rawness like 'The Reflex', 'Notorious' and 'The Wild Boys' had, this album won't abash any loyal Duran Duran fan.
